The room was clean, we booked a family room for four people but the sofa bed was not made up. Then we were told to make it up ourselves which was fine, but there were no pillows and blankets. We could’ve swapped rooms but one staff member prevented this from happening. The toilet smelt terrible of urine. Overall, the hotel was nice and the breakfast was good too, the staff in the cafeteria were very good and helpful. We travelled from Antwerp to Brussels for the day and had an amazing time.

I was told that their system has only a record of 2 adults. I showed the receptionist my confirmation which clearly stating 2Adults + 2 kids. Sofa bed was not ready, and I was advised to make the bed myself. Box tissue in the toilet was empty. Stinking smell in the toilet.

Bij inchecken geloofde medewerker niet dat we voor vier personen hadden geboekt. Meneer heeft langdurig reservering doorgenomen waar gewoon staat hoeveel personen er gereserveerd was. Slaapbank was niet opgemaakt dit moesten ee zelf doen, beddengoed ervan was niet schoon. Kamer is verouderd, badkamer lagen overal haartjes en niet schoon.

Tried to order room service. The service was bad and kept telling me nothing was available except for Fries. I then ordered fries but it never delivered. The network was bad, so I couldn't connect to the internet in the room.
